Who we are

Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, organization, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, project problem, preferred timeline, estimated budget range, and preferred contact method.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, assess whether our services are a fit, prepare an appropriate next step or proposal, and keep basic records of the discussion. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, financial records, or proprietary files in this first enquiry form.

Service providers and transfers

Website enquiries are validated by Cloudflare Turnstile and processed through a protected Cloudflare Worker. A delivery notification is sent to an internal Busara Digital inbox and may be forwarded to the business mailbox hosted through Zoho Mail. These providers may process information in locations outside Tanzania under their own service terms and privacy practices. Please do not submit sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.

Cookies and third-party services

With your permission, Busara Digital uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated website use and conversion events, such as case-study views, contact-link clicks, and enquiry outcomes. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or other enquiry content to analytics. Analytics advertising and personalization features are disabled. Essential technical services, including Cloudflare hosting and security, Cloudflare Email Service, Zoho Mail, and Google Fonts, may process limited technical information under their own terms and privacy practices.

You can choose whether to allow analytics when you first visit the website. To change your choice later, manage analytics preferences.

Retention and security

We delete or anonymize unsuccessful project enquiries within 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a client or project relationship, we retain the relevant records for the period set by the applicable contract and legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit access, but no online transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or stop using your enquiry information where applicable. Email support@busaradigital.com with your request. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.

Updates

We may update this notice when our website, enquiry process, or service providers change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
