These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sala Katoliki, a Catholic prayer application provided by Busara Digital ("Busara Digital", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sala Katoliki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Disclaimer.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.
Sala Katoliki is suitable for general audiences, but it is primarily intended for users over 13 years of age. Users under 13 should use the app with guidance from a parent, guardian, catechist, teacher, or responsible adult.
You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.
Sala Katoliki is designed to support personal Catholic devotion, including:
Core prayer features are designed to work offline using bundled app content.
Sala Katoliki does not currently require account registration, login, user profiles, cloud sync, or social sign-in.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. To remove local app data, you may uninstall the app or clear app storage through your device settings.

Sala Katoliki is a prayer aid for personal devotion. It does not replace the Bible, the Catechism, official liturgical books, the sacraments, pastoral guidance, parish instructions, or official Church authority.
Prayer wording, translations, titles, order, and devotional structure may differ from other books, parishes, dioceses, publications, traditions, or online resources. We do not guarantee that all prayer content will match every source or local practice 100%.
Some content may be prepared, translated, adapted, organized, or reviewed using open-source resources, publicly available resources, traditional Catholic resources, books, and AI-assisted preparation workflows. We aim to review content before use, but errors or differences may remain.

Sala Katoliki stores preferences and devotional progress locally on your device, such as favorites, recent prayers, Rosary progress, novena progress, language, theme, text size, and reminder settings.
If you delete the app, clear app storage, reset your device, or lose access to your device, local preferences and progress may be lost.
Daily reminders are optional and controlled by you. You may enable, change, or disable reminders in the app settings. Reminder permissions are used only for local prayer reminders.
The app may allow you to share prayer text using your device's share sheet. Any sharing is initiated by you. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for respecting applicable content rights and context when sharing.
Sala Katoliki is currently free to use. The current release does not include paid subscriptions, mandatory fees, advertising, or paid partnership ads.
Busara Digital may introduce optional donations in the future to support app growth and maintenance. Donations, if introduced, will be optional and will be disclosed through app store information, updated terms, and applicable payment or platform notices.
We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove app features from time to time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Some features may depend on your device settings, operating-system permissions, app store availability, or local storage behavior.
Sala Katoliki may be distributed through app stores and may use device operating system features such as local notifications and sharing. Those services and platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.
These policy pages may be hosted using Firebase Hosting, GitHub Pages, or a future official Busara Digital website.
Busara Digital owns or controls the app name, branding, design, arrangement, software, original text, original structure, and other original materials in Sala Katoliki, except where third-party or public-domain rights apply.
Prayer and devotional content may come from traditional Catholic resources, open-source resources, publicly available resources, books, and other reviewed sources. Some content may be adapted or translated for app use.
Where content belongs to third parties, rights remain with their respective owners. If you believe any content has been used incorrectly or requires correction, please contact us.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Busara Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sala Katoliki for personal devotional use.
You may contact us to report prayer text differences, translation issues, source concerns, bugs, or suggestions. By sending feedback, you allow Busara Digital to review, use, and incorporate it without obligation to compensate you.
You may stop using Sala Katoliki at any time by deleting the app from your device.
We may suspend, discontinue, or restrict the app or related services if required by law, platform policy, operational needs, or misuse of the app.
Sala Katoliki is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busara Digital disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busara Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, device issues, missed reminders, content differences, or reliance on prayer text where official sources should be consulted.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app. Since the current app is free, this amount may be zero unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts or dispute resolution forums of Tanzania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements, operational updates, donations if introduced, or policy changes.
Updated Terms will be made available through app store listings, in-app links, or our policy website. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
