HOW TO DELETE YOUR SOKOFY ACCOUNT

Before You Start
- Internet is required to delete your account.
- This cannot be undone. Account deletion is permanent.

If you need a copy of your records, export or share your reports before deleting your account.
Report exporting and sharing is controlled by you.
Where to Find “Delete Account” in the App
- Open Sokofy and sign in.
- Open the app menu (tap the menu/profile icon at the top-left of the home screen).
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Read the warning information shown on the screen.
- Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
- When asked, type DELETE to confirm.
- When asked, enter your account password to confirm it is really you.
- Tap Delete now and wait for the process to finish.
If You Signed In With Google
Sokofy may still ask for a password during account deletion. If you do not know a password for your account,
you may need to set a password using the app’s password reset flow, then sign in with email and that password,
and try deletion again.
If you are unable to complete deletion, contact support using the details below.
What Gets Deleted
When account deletion is completed:
- Your Sokofy account is permanently deleted.

Local business data for this account on this device is erased (for example: products, inventory,
sales, orders, expenses, debts, analytics, notifications, and settings).
- Other accounts on the same device are not affected.
